To me, the Mexican pavilion at Epcot is one of the coolest pavilions around World Showcase! In the middle of a bright hot sunny day, you can retreat to a lively fiesta evening in Mexico under the stars. Not only is it air conditioned, but looking at the stars above, you are transported into a relaxing part of the evening.
At the Mexican fiesta, you can find wares from all over Mexico, a wonderful tequila bar called La Cava del Tequila and a very unique dining experience in San Angel Inn Restaurante. Here you can dine under the stars looking at the Mayan ruins while you enjoy fresh south of the border meals.
For a relaxing boat ride, check out the Grand Fiesta tour starring the Three Caballeros, featuring Donald Duck. Some people find this ride a little lame, but you can’t help but laugh at Donald’s antics as you travel through the sites of Mexico!
