Wordless Wednesday: Learning and Fun at Innoventions

I sometimes think that Innoventions, in Epcot, may be one of the most overlooked attractions in Walt Disney World. Divided into Innoventions East and West, both buildings are filled with fascinating exhibits, movies, demonstrations and all kinds of hands-on ways to learn about the latest in technology, science, and well, almost anything. It’s always changing, and always fun. Yes, it is *gasp* learning too, but wouldn’t it be great if all learning was this much fun? Wordless Wednesday: Those Magical Balloons

One of the the things I love about the Land in Epcot, is how light-filled and airy the space is. It seems to celebrate not only the land we stand on, but the sky above it as well, emphasizing the ties the each has to the other. So when entering this building, it seems completely appropriate then, to see these whimsical balloons, soaring overhead, on their way to who-knows-what magical place.

Wordless Wednesday: Night-time Flowers and Gardens at Epcot

I was pretty excited to visit Walt Disney World during the annual Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot this year. This has been on my Disney “bucket list” for years, so I was thrilled that we could finally plan a trip to coincide with this yearly celebration of spring. And while I was prepared to be wowed by the gorgeous floral displays during the day, I was surprised at how breathtaking some of the topiaries were at night!
