If you’re headed to Disney World, you’re probably excited to go to the parks and get on all your favorite rides, but you’re not looking forward to the lines. Well the Cast Members don’t want you to wait on those lines either. They’re trying their hardest to get you on as quickly and effectively as they can. If you are stuck on a long line near a Cast Member ask them if they know any trivia. A lot of times the Cast Members have trivia about the park or their ride, thinking about the answers could make your time pass a lot faster! Also take a good look at the decorations and read carefully, everything was decorated that way for a reason! Cast Members also may be able to let you know if there are any hidden Mickey’s on their attraction and where they might be. Read more
Disney is full of magic day in and day out. As a Cast Member I loved being a part of the magic for the guests. But there is some magic that the guests just cannot experience, magic that only the Cast Members get to witness. As much as I loved working with guests during park hours, some of my favorite times at work were park opening and park closing. It’s something about the serenity the park has just before the guests’ arrival and once they’ve all gone off to bed. Read more
This week I want to focus on some people on the Disney Properties that are not always considered Cast Members, and those Cast Members that you never really see or think about. When you go through the gates and on to property, even when you get to the parks, you have a feeling of being safe. You tend to leave your worries behind that you may otherwise feel in other amusement parks. This is due to those who are Cast Members or other emergency specialists that you hardly see. Read more

Bringing in the newest technology, incorporating everyone’s favorite characters, providing excellent customer service, and making lasting memories for you and your family.
