There’s so much to enjoy at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and one of the things I especially love is the food! There’s plenty of different Wizarding World-themed snacks to enjoy, and here are some of my favorites.
Butterbeer – Seriously, how can you go wrong with Butterbeer? It’s a must-try for any Harry Potter fan, and you can find it just about anywhere in the Wizarding World. You can also get it in hot, cold, or frozen form (the frozen is our favorite!).
Cornish Pasties – Need a more substantial snack? You can grab some Cornish pasties (they’re sort of like empanadas) at the Hopping Pot in Diagon Alley for $6.99. You can also get them as a full meal at the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade.
Jacket Potato – At the London Taxi Hut on the London Waterfront, you can find another more substantial snack for $7.99. These are sort of like loaded baked potatoes and have a variety of toppings, from broccoli and cheese to shepherd’s pie.
Pumpkin Tart – Looking for something sweet? You’ll have tons of choices at Honeyduke’s in Hogsmeade, and one of the most delicious is the pumpkin tart. It’s kind of like a mini pumpkin pie. (You can also find the often-mentioned Cauldron Cakes here).
Lavender and Early Grey Tea Ice Cream – Just about anything from Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlor can satisfy a sweet tooth, including the famed Butterbeer ice cream and other delicious flavors like Sticky Toffee Pudding and Strawberry Peanut Butter. My favorite that I’ve tried so far, though, is the rather odd-sounding Lavender and Early Grey Tea Ice Cream. If you’re looking for something a little more unusual, give it a try!
