Disney Outside the Parks: Homemade Memories

Now that we’ve all recovered from the holiday madness and winter has settled in with its cold, its time to bring some Disney magic to your house.  What better way to bring it home than to eat some Disney food.

One of the simplest recipes to find and follow is the stew from Rose and Crown in Epcot.  The stew is an Irish twist on beef stew.  My husband roughly followed the recipe.  I say roughly because he added more Guinness and some vegetables to make the stew a little heartier.  It turned out pretty good even though he added a bit too much garlic.

Recipes are not only in a Disney cookbook but are readily available online at pinterest, allears.net, magicalrecipes.net.  Just do a search to find whatever Disney food you are craving to bring home your favorite tastes of Disney.

So grab a bowl of stew, listen to some Celtic music, drink a Guinness, and enjoy the memories of a night at the Epcot pub!

Have a magical day!
